Victor DOS SANTOS PAULINO is associate professor at TBS Business School.
He obtained his PhD at the University of Côte d'Azur and his Habilitation to Supervise Research (HDR) at the University of the Littoral Côte d'Opale.
Victor DOS SANTOS PAULINO teaches innovation management, strategy and research methodology in several programs at TBS Business School ranging from Bachelor, MBA and Grande Ecole Program.
He holds teaching responsibilities in courses related to innovation management and space activities.
He is a member of the RNI (Research Network on Innovation) and of the editorial board of the journals Innovations (Journal of Innovation Economics & Management Innovations, Revue d'économie et de management de l'innovation).
His research deals with the theme of innovation from both macro (e.g. industrial and market dynamics) and micro (e.g. strategy, organizational change) perspectives. Since 2003, he has developed a strong expertise in the space sector through several collaborations with industry players.
He publishes his work in international scientific journals and he wrote the book: Innovation Trends in the Space Industry.
Victor DOS SANTOS PAULINO regularly participates in European (e.g. Marie Skłodowska-Curie Innovative Training Network, UNIVERSEH), regional (e.g. PACA Region, Occitania) and industrial (e.g. CNES) calls.
He supervises several doctoral theses.
